• Sewer works have completed.
• Drainage works to commence shortly.

April 2025:

• Bulk earthworks have completed.
• Sewer works have commenced and are ongoing. Drainage works to commence shortly.

March 2025:

• Construction has commenced and bulk earthworks are underway.
• Sewer works to commence in the coming weeks.
