• Construction is complete and stage 3 is now Titled.

February 2025:

• Civil construction works are now complete.
• Authority inspections have been completed, and final compliance approvals are anticipated shortly.
• Titles are expected March 2025.

November 2024:

• Civil works including electrical and communications installation is underway and due to complete this month.
• Footpath pour is due to complete this month.
• Authority inspections and final compliance approvals are due to begin shortly.

October 2024:

• Electrical & communications install underway, nearing completion.
• Footpath pour underway.

September 2024:

• Kerb and channel installation currently underway.

August 2024:

• Early bulk earthworks have concluded with drainage service construction underway.

July 2024:

• Bulk earthworks are underway with early service works planned for late July.
